Schlieffen Plan
On the Western front, the war was locked. There was no movement on the Western Front of Germany because there were trenches. On the Western Front, Germany was fighting France. On the Eastern Front, the was was much more mobile because there were no trenches. On the Eastern Front Germany was fighting against Russia. Schlieffen created a plan in order to gain ground on France and to avoid a two front war. The plan was to remove some troops from the Eastern front and attempt to hold off Russia. Germany would be very aggressive on the Western Front by deploying many more troops. The plan failed because Schlieffen was replaced and when he was replaces, a new strategy was formed.

Re: Schlieffen Plan
It would be interesting to imagine if Schlieffen hadn't been replaced. Complete different solutions would have happened. The world might have been completely different. Good job Josh!
