In life, health is one of the most important things, in a both physical and mental estate. To live a long life, you need to take care of yourself and make sure nothing bad happens to you. Obviously, there are many ways to do so, but health is a key point; not only to living a better and a longer one, but to also succeed in life. Your health is primarily based on your environment: if you live in California, for example, it will be harder to maintain in shape, then living in the Caribbean because in America, almost everywhere you go there is fast food, literally.

Your health is based on what you eat and what you do daily. Having a nice, healthy diet will help you maintain in shape, but if you eat healthy and do no sports, that isn’t healthy AT ALL. It’s not all about if you lose weight, it’s about maintaining your healthy fitness zone and staying in shape. Anything is possible, even if your 300 pounds and have no hope at all, it is possible to do yoga, for example, and get back into shape, it helps and it works. Don’t give up on yourself but instead, believe in yourself.
