The Myth of Perseus

Post  Alianny on Wed Nov 05, 2014 6:58 pm

Perseus was one of the heroic gods and that is because he killed Medusa which was something that seemed impossible because once you looked at her, you would turn into stone. Now, he was sent to kill Medusa by the king Polidectus. Perseus got some help from Athens, and she gave him a mirror that he could use to look at her, but not turn into stone. Perseus killed Medusa and with that accomplishment, he became into one of the heroic gods along with Hercules.

Alianny, that is a very interesting topic of yours who you mention Perseus. I might know from where you got this idea to talk about this myth which was from Oscar’s class, which also helped me to write my topic. It is because I did mine from the topic which he gave what it was, “Aqulies”. Another thing is that you could have mention a little bit more about what things he did with the head of Medusa. The thing that interested me the most was that he became a heroic God, because of what he did to Medusa, because she was turning everyone into stone. Very Happy
