Zoroastrianism

Unlike many religions Zoroastrianism is a monotheistic religion. This religion belongs to the Persians. This religion started when a Persian prophet named Zarathustra claimed to have seen visions of a god. He named the god Ahura Mazda. This Religion was based on if you did well, did not steal, did not kill, or was honest you would got to heaven. If you killed people, if you were dishonest, or you lied you would go to the devil. Regarding its rules and regulations it was very similar to Judaism. Whether Zoroastrianism or Judaism came first is debatable. The Zend Avesta is the sacred book of the Persian Religion Zoroastrianism. Much like the bible for the Christians and the Torah for the Jews. Zoroaster said that the struggle between good and evil would eventually come to an abrupt stop. This would be the judgement at the end of the world.

This religion was very different from alot of the different religions and beliefs of the other civilizations during that time. Hell and Heaven were said to be influenced by this religion. I think the Persians religion was very unique.
