Henry Ford (1863-1947) - American industrialist, the owner of a car factory worldwide. His motto was "car for all" - the Ford factory produced the cheapest car in the early days of the automotive industry. That was one of the main reasons of his success. The common person was able to buy a car, which helped him in his daily live. Because of Henry Ford cars people life became much easier, they could travel long distances much faster than they did before.
Henry Ford is also known for the fact that for the first time began to use the industrial assembly line and created the first commercially successful production line. High performance, simple design and relatively low cost, ability to perform on the assembly line of various manufacturing operations, the low volume of work, ensuring safety, improving its conditions - all this led to widespread use of the assembly line.

Life goes on, we already can see a big progress in the transportation revolution, and I'm sure there will be a lot of changes in the future. There some statements about producing cars, which can use solar panels or magnetic cushion trains. Nobody knows for sure what will it be, flying cars, or very small fast vehicle, or something else. But Everyone can say for sure that it will be big, important step for whole world, how it was when Henry Ford made car an available vehicle for common people.
