British experiment

Post  Nastiaknd on Tue Feb 26, 2013 11:43 pm

British made an experiment , which included 30 thousand people. In the experiment, all participants need to answer the questions of how they spend their free time, and say their mood and state of mind.(if they are happy or not)

It turned out that the people who consider themselves lucky and happy were more socially active, more talkative , read a lot and went to church. At the same time, people who felt unhappy and dissatisfied with their lives, most of their time were watching television.

Also ,scientists said that on average, poor people by 28% were watching more TV than happy people.

Also, the study authors found out that 51% of poor people had a lot of free time, which they didn`t knew how to spend . And only 19 % of happy people didn`t knew how to spend their time.

Sure, TV'll never be able to substitute normal communication. Books help us develop our imagination. And TV is bad for eyes, body shape, it is a waste of time. I think it was a bad idea- inventing something like that.
