The Martial Arts

Post  julia oriol on Sun Feb 06, 2011 7:10 pm

More than two thousand of year ago a new way to fight emerged! The warriors from Korea, China and Japan learned these but were perfected by the Buddhist Monks. Some called them the military arts but today they are most known for the Martial Arts. Today a lot of people around the world (including some that you might know) practice different type of these arts. These arts are you have to succeed at both mental and physical practice. We know they practiced it because of some tales of wars were they described them fighting with fists, and kicks.
An example of the Martial arts is Tae Kwon Do which is Korean. I think martial arts are very interesting you learn self defense as well as a way to express your anger. Would you ever do a type of martial arts? or have you?
